Exchanges & Returns

We’re confident that you’ll love our footwear, but if for any reason you’re not completely hooked, our products can be exchanged* or returned within 30 days of purchase. *Excluding countries outside of the EU.

All we ask is that items are returned to us in a like-new condition and include the original packaging. So be mindful to try on our footwear indoors and on a clean surface. Any items returned to us that aren't in their original condition and/or without original packaging won't be eligible for refund/exchange. 

As a small brand with limited stock we ask all returns/exchanges are shipped within 7 working days of the return label being issued.

Exchanges:

Please note we’re unable to accept exchanges from countries outside of the EU. For further information please refer to the return section below or contact us at info@kingdomofwow.eu.

For exchanges inside the EU. 

For a quick exchange due to a sizing issue, simply place a new order for the right size. If you haven’t already done so, we’d recommend following our measuring instructions before reordering, these can be found here. Upon receipt of the original order, we’ll issue a full refund* including shipping fees.

*As we’re covering the cost of your return, we kindly request that any promotional discount you may have received with your initial order not be used when making your exchange purchase. Our promotional discounts are for repeat customers, if used on an exchange purchase, we reserve the right to refund the order of the lesser value. 

Returns:

For returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

On approval of a refund, the cost of original shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund amount. For details of our current shipping costs please visit here. For customers inside the Netherlands €3.00 will be deducted.

Please note: If you purchased items as part of a multi-buy offer, returning part of that order may affect your discount. When one or more items are returned and the remaining items no longer qualify for the original multi-buy deal, the discount will be removed and your refund adjusted accordingly. We do this to keep our offers fair and consistent for all customers.

Faulty items:

In the rare event that one of our items is defective, please contact info@kingdomofwow.eu with a detailed description and photographs of the defect. We’ll respond to your message within 2 business days and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Should a return be required, on receipt of the item, we’ll exchange the item free of charge or issue a refund including all shipping costs. 

Refund process:

Refunds will be processed within 7 days on receipt of the returned item.
