Exchanges & Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your KOW footwear. If you don’t, you can make a return  within 30 days of receiving your order. This page applies to all orders shipped within the EU.

How to make a return

1. Start your return. Use our online function to withdraw from your purchase: Withdraw from purchase. Enter your order details and confirm. You’ll receive an email confirming your request, including the date and time. You can also email us at info@kingdomofwow.eu.

2. Download your return label through our returns partner Returnless.

3. Send your parcel within 14 days of starting your return.

4. Receive your refund to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving your parcel.

How much does a return cost?
Netherlands: Shipping and returns are free. We refund the full purchase price of the returned items.

Other EU countries: We refund the purchase price of the returned items plus the standard shipping fee you paid. You can download your return label at no charge, but the label costs the same as the standard shipping fee you paid, and we deduct that amount from your refund. In practice, you receive the purchase price of the returned items. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery, the extra cost of that option is not refunded.

Condition of returned items
Please try on our footwear indoors on a clean surface and return it in its original packaging. We check every return on arrival. If an item shows signs of wear or handling beyond what is needed to try it on, we may reduce your refund by the amount the item has lost in value.

Multi-buy offers
If you ordered as part of a multi-buy offer and return only some of your items, the remaining items may no longer qualify for the offer. In that case the discount is removed and your refund is adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges
For a quick exchange, for example because of sizing, place a new order for the right size. If you haven’t already, take a look at our measuring instructions first. Then return your original pair using the returns portal. The return label is free for exchanges. Once we receive your original pair, we refund your original order in full, including the standard shipping fee. Promotional discount codes are not valid on exchange orders.

Faulty items
If an item is defective, email info@kingdomofwow.eu with a full description and photos. We’ll reply within 2 business days. If the item needs to be returned, we'll pay the return shipping. We’ll either replace the item free of charge or refund you in full, including all shipping costs.

Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your legal right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee on products.
