By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions in full. Kingdom of Wow reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication and do not affect contracts already concluded.
These terms apply to both registered account holders and guest customers.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this website. By using this website, you warrant and represent that you are at least 16 years of age.
This website uses cookies. By using this website, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy (kingdomofwow.com/pages/privacy-policy) and Cookie Policy (kingdomofwow.com/pages/cookie-policy).
3. Offers and Order Process
All product descriptions, images and prices on kingdomofwow.com constitute an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. A binding contract is only formed when Kingdom of Wow sends the customer a dispatch confirmation by email.
Kingdom of Wow reserves the right to decline an order after it has been placed, for example if a product is out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if a payment cannot be processed. In such cases the customer will be notified promptly and any payment already made will be refunded in full.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the details entered during the ordering process - including delivery address and contact information - are accurate. Kingdom of Wow cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Upon conclusion of the contract, Kingdom of Wow will send an order confirmation to the email address provided. The customer is advised to check the order confirmation against the order placed and to contact Kingdom of Wow immediately at hello@kingdomofwow.com if any errors are identified.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on kingdomofwow.com are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate for European destinations. The VAT rate applied reflects the rate of the EU member state to which the order is delivered. For customers outside the European Union, including the United States, prices are shown exclusive of any local taxes or duties. Any applicable import duties or local taxes for non-EU deliveries are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
Kingdom of Wow accepts the following payment methods:
Available worldwide: Shop Pay, credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Available in selected European markets in addition to the above:
• Bancontact (Belgium)
• iDEAL and Wero (Netherlands)
• Klarna (available in most EU countries; availability varies by market)
• MobilePay (Denmark and Finland)
• Przelewy24 (Poland)
Payment is processed at the time of order, or where a deferred payment method is selected (such as Klarna), in accordance with the terms of that payment provider. Card details are encrypted and processed via a certified third-party payment provider. Kingdom of Wow does not store full card details.
Kingdom of Wow does not apply surcharges for any payment method beyond its actual processing cost, in accordance with Article 19 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
5. Delivery
Kingdom of Wow ships worldwide. Customers in the United States and the European Union can place orders directly through kingdomofwow.com. Customers in all other countries are invited to contact us at hello@kingdomofwow.com to receive a shipping quotation before placing an order.
Delivery is free of charge for orders shipped within the United States and the Netherlands. For all other destinations, a shipping fee applies. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address entered and are shown before the order is confirmed.
Kingdom of Wow aims to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving the order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• United States: 5-8 working days
• European Union: 3-5 working days
• Rest of world: delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at the time of quotation
Where no specific delivery date has been agreed, Kingdom of Wow will deliver within 30 days of the date of order, in accordance with Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the customer at the moment of physical delivery to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier).
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to Kingdom of Wow as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect, the costs of return and re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The right
If you are a consumer purchasing through kingdomofwow.com, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of an order containing multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period runs from the day on which you receive the last item.
6.2 How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Kingdom of Wow of your decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may do this by:
• Sending an email to hello@kingdomofwow.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw; or
• Using the electronic withdrawal function on our website:
• Using the model withdrawal form below (Section 6.5), sent by email or post.
The withdrawal is deemed to have been exercised in time if you send your communication before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Withdrawal is legally effective at the moment you submit your declaration - Kingdom of Wow's acknowledgement does not affect this.
6.3 Effects of withdrawal - refund
If you withdraw from your purchase, Kingdom of Wow will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which Kingdom of Wow is informed of your decision to withdraw.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged to you as a result of the reimbursement.
Kingdom of Wow may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by Kingdom of Wow, the supplementary cost above the standard rate will not be reimbursed.
6.4 Effects of withdrawal - return of goods
You must return the goods to Kingdom of Wow without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.
Kingdom of Wow will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email. You will not bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods - for example, if shoes have been worn outdoors rather than tried on indoors.
6.5 Model withdrawal form
You may use the following form to notify your withdrawal. Its use is not obligatory - any unequivocal written statement or use of the electronic withdrawal function is equally valid.

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Kingdom of Wow is responsible for ensuring that all goods delivered conform to the contract at the time of delivery.
Under Directive 2019/771/EU, consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from the date of delivery. If goods are found to be defective within this period, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. The legal guarantee covers defects that existed at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
If you believe a product is defective, please contact Kingdom of Wow at hello@kingdomofwow.com with a description of the defect and photographs. Kingdom of Wow will respond within 2 working days and will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national law.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about your order or about Kingdom of Wow's service, please contact us in the first instance at hello@kingdomofwow.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 working days and to resolve them within 14 days.
If your complaint relates to a potential product safety concern - including any injury, accident, or unexpected product failure - please identify this clearly in your message. Kingdom of Wow is required to log and investigate all product safety complaints in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (General Product Safety Regulation). Such complaints will be handled with priority and, where required, reported to the relevant market surveillance authority.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body. EU consumers also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These contracts are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, consumers resident in an EU Member State retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law applicable in their country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I).
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Rechtbank Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands, for disputes with business customers. Consumer disputes may alternatively be brought before the competent courts of the consumer's place of residence within the European Union.
